PROMO MECHANICS

1. Contest is open to anyone with a Facebook account and currently living in the Philippines. For those who want to join but don’t have a Facebook account, they may sign up for free at http://www.facebook.com.
2. Become a fan by liking us http://www.facebook.com/centurytuna
3. Promo starts on July 25, 2011. Entries can be submitted until August 21, 2011
4. To join the contest, participants must visit the Facebook fan page of Century Tuna where a T-shirt design will be uploaded weekly. (see attached shirt designs for reference). The Facebook fan page administrator (Y&R Philippines) will upload one shirt design every Monday.
5. Fans who want to join the contest should view the photo uploaded in the Photos section of the fan page.
6. After viewing, fans should send an email to centurytunasuperbods@gmail.com to say why they think the shirt fits their personality.
7. Entries will be judged according to the criteria below:
   • Originality: 40%
   • Relevance to the shirt design: 40%
   • Creativity: 20%
8. There is no limit to the number of entries a fan may send. At the end of the promo, Century Tuna will award the sender of the entry with the highest score based from the criteria mentioned in number 7.
   
   Entries must be submitted in text form only and will be gathered by the agency for the judging which will be done by the client. Entries must contain the following information for it to be valid:
   • Name
   • Age
   • Mailing Address
   • Contact number/s
9. Winners will be notified via email and registered mail instructing him/her on how to claim the prize.
10. Employees of Century Pacific Group of Companies and Y&R Philippines, Inc. and those of its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, DOH-BFAD representatives, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity, are not qualified to join this promotion.
11. If the winner fails to claim his/her prize within 60 days from his/her receipt of the notice, the prize shall be forfeited in favor of Century Pacific Group of Companies with prior approval of DOH/BFAD.

Notification/Verification of Winners:

The winners will be notified via email and registered mail. This will instruct him/her how to claim the prize. Indicated will be the date and time he/she should claim his/her prize.

Redemption of Prizes:

Prizes must be claimed at Century Canning Corporation’s Marketing Office, 5th floor Centerpoint Building, Julia Vargas Street, corner Garnet Street. Ortigas, Pasig City from 10am to 5pm.

Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from his/her receipt of the notice, the prize shall be forfeited in favor of Century Pacific Group of Companies with prior approval of DOH/BFAD.

Upon claiming of prizes, winners must present any one (1) of the following:

1. One (1) valid ID with picture or birth certificate of the winner,
   Only the following valid IDs shall be considered:
   • SSS ID
   • TIN ID
   • Office/school ID
   • Passport
   • Driver’s license
   • Voter’s ID
   • Postal ID
   • PRC License
2. Winner’s Notification Letter
   
   In case of proxy/representative and for provincial winners:
   • Winner must provide an authorization letter and one (1) valid ID, and
   • Valid ID from the proxy.

     Prizes must be claimed at
     Century Canning Corporation’s Marketing Office, 5/F Centerpoint Building, Julia Vargas Street, Corner Garnet, Ortigas Pasig City from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on or before the last business day of 60 days after announcement date. When claiming the prize, the winner must present at least one (1) valid identification card each and the notification sent to them as winners, whether by printed email, letter-notification or any other communication sent by Century Pacific Group of Companies.
     If the winner is below 18 years old, he/she needs to be with his/her parent or legal guardian to claim his/her prize. Both the minor and the parent/guardian should present valid identification. The latter should also be able to present adequate proof that he/she is the legal guardian of the minor.

     In the case of provincial winners or of winners who cannot personally claim their prize, he/she may send their representative to claim their prizes. The winner’s representative must present the letter of notification sent to the winner with (2) two valid ID’s of the winner and (2) two valid ID’s of the representative and an authorization letter signed by the winner.
     If the winners fail to claim his/her prize on or before the last business day of September 2011, the prize shall be forfeited in favor of Century Pacific Group of Companies subject to the prior approval of the concerned government and regulatory agencies.
     

Responsibilities of the Winners
The receipt of prizes shall be contingent on their participation in Century Pacific Group of Companies’ press releases for the contest if Century Pacific Group of Companies opt to have these.

In case of a disqualification under this provision, Century Pacific Group of Companies. shall be entitled to choose the next winner based on the tally of scores.

The press releases for the contest can only be published within a 15-month period from the time a memorandum of agreement has been signed between Century Pacific Group of Companies & the winners.

Century Pacific Group of Companies and the winners shall mutually agree on the terms and conditions to govern their continued relationship beyond the allowable period.

Without prejudice to the agreement of the parties, Century Pacific Group of Companies may continue to use all press materials beyond the allowable period within Century Pacific Group of Companies for internal purposes.

Nothing stated herein, however, may be construed as making it obligatory for Century Pacific Group of Companies to feature the winners in the press releases.

Miscellania
Employees of Century Pacific Group of Companies, those of its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, Department of Health – Bureau of Food and Drug representatives, and their relatives up to the second (2nd) degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promotion
Prizes are not convertible to cash

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Century Pacific Group of Companies reserves the right to deny / grant approval to any uploaded entries. Likewise, entries may be removed without the participant’s prior consent or notification.
2. Uploading copyrighted or defamatory entries or entries other than the participant´s will result in immediate disqualification from the contest.
3. Century Pacific Group of Companies assumes no responsibility for damages that may arise from the use and misuse of any publicly displayed entries of its participants.
4. Upon uploading of the same, all videos and entries become the property of Century Pacific Group of Companies. Subject to existing laws, Century Pacific Group of Companies may use said property in any of its promotional activities without further consent of contestant
