Take me to Coco Beach Photo Contest
Theme: Take me to Coco Beach Photo Contest. Wear your best beach outfit in the most unusual place while holding a sign that says “Take me to Coco Beach!” Show us your pictures, highlighting how much you need a Coco Beach vacation.

Please email your photos to coconews@cocobeach.com and we will put them up in an album on Coco Beach’s page and let our fans decide 50% of the total score with the amount of likes each photo gets. Please provide a mailing address in the email so we can get you your prize if your photo is chosen. You have until October 31 to get us your photos voting closes November 6th.
Contest Rules
Take a snapshot of yourself wearing your best beach outfit in the most unusual place you can think of.
Be creative. Show us how much you need a Coco Beach vacation!
Hold a sign that says “Take me to Coco Beach!”
Send your photo to coconews@cocobeach.com with the subject “Take me to Coco Beach Contest” with your details: Full Name, Address, Telephone, Email Address, Company/School, Facebook Name, Title of Photo and no more than 30 word Caption of the photo. Please include time, date and location of photo. Include the names and addresses of all identifiable people in your photograph.
Contest is exclusive to Coco Beach’s friends on Facebook. Upon submission, we will post the photo on Coco Beach’s Facebook page and tag you. Make sure the facebook name you submit is correct. If we can not tag you, your entry is removed from the contest.
E-mailed entries will be acknowledged with an e-mailed confirmation upon receipt.
Only 1 photo entry per person is accepted.
Photo Quality
Entries must be in the required media specifications: in JPEG digital format, with a minimum resolution of 150 dpi and a maximum file size of 1MB. Images must not have been digitally altered or enhanced in any way other than simple cropping and/or color adjustments.
Please save your digital files and submit them using your last name first and your first name last. For example, Cruz_Juan.jpg
No time/date stamps, watermarks, signatures, or copyright notices may be added to images.
No borders or frames may be added to images.
Modifications (other than those listed above) are NOT permitted.
Photo Originality and Third Party
the photo is original with you, is not copied from any other work, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party;
the photo does not depict any third party copyrighted material, products, trademarks or logos;
the photo does not defame or otherwise violate the rights of any third party;
the photo is not offensive, sexually suggestive, violent, racial, profane, or slanderous. This is a family contest. No provocative, violent, or dangerous stunt photos. Organizers retain sole discretion as to what constitutes unsuitable content.
photos cannot contain the depiction of any identifiable person(s) without having received their written permission.
Copyright
It is understood that any copyright of an entry remains the property of the photographer. However, all entrants (or their parent or legal guardian, if applicable) shall agree that Coco Beach Island Resort and anyone they may authorize may without compensation use entrant's name, photograph or other likeness, written responses, testimonials, biographical information and statements concerning the Contest for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to advertising, publication, trade, and/or promotion without additional limitation, restriction or compensation. In each publication of the photograph, full credit will be given to the photographer.
By entering, you agree to release Coco Beach Island Resort, their employees and representatives from all claims and liabilities in connection with this Contest or with any of the prizes.
By submitting, entrant certifies that the photo(s) he/she is submitting to this photo contest is original with him/her, and that he/she has all necessary rights and authority to submit the photo and grants to Coco Beach Island Resort the rights purported to be granted, including third party rights.
Employees of Coco Beach and immediate family members up to third-degree consanguinity are NOT eligible to join the contest.
Organizers reserve the right to disqualify anyone who, in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted the entry process or operation of this contest or violated the rules.
Organizers have the right to amend these rules and guidelines, as necessary, without notice.
Each photo exhibit image will be printed as a 4x6 and you grant us permission to print your photos for possible submission in the exhibit.

First Prize: Three days and Two nights stay in Coco Beach for Two Pax with Full Board Meals.
Runner Ups: Coco Beach Gift Bag
We will not publish your address of email address but will use them to contact you regarding your photo.
