Quantum Café teases tantalized taste buds into titillated states of terrific torment with its five high-fiber thin crust pizzas, taken straight out of authentic Italian brick ovens. The Northern Mix is a delightful blend of Vigan’s garlicky longganisa and rich kesong puti. Tuna Pesto combines two Italian favorites, pizza and pesto, and adds olives, mushrooms, and chicken of the sea (AKA: tuna) to create a low fat pie. Vegetarians can consume the Pizza Margherita or go totally animal friendly with Vegan Pizza, a pesto based food frisbee with specially formulated cheese substitute, olives, mushrooms, and cashew nuts. Carnivorous diners can indulge in the Burger Pizza with lean chunks of hamburger patty, lettuce and tomatoes.
Quantum Café’s pizzas also go great with their Iced Green Tea and fresh fruit juices. The restaurant is tucked away inside a small building in Kamagong, and we were able to find it easily enough. It was a lot bigger than I expected, I kind of thought it would be a hole in the wall. But Quantum turned out to be a clean and well-lit place, and they even had a stage and sound system for events and parties.-- Teejaybee
