Promo Mechanics
- This promo is open to all Ensogo members.
- Click the "I Want a Galaxy Tab" button on the "Halloween Techie-Treat" Facebook Page tab, located at the bottom area of the page profile pictures.
- Fill out this comment box, answer the question "Why do you love Ensogo". Make sure the "Post To Wall" is checked. English and Filipino (Tagalog) is allowed!
- Click the START button below, and fill-out the survey. Include the voucher code of any October vouchers purchased.
- Deadline of submission of entries is on 2 November 2011 at 11:59 midnight
- Raffle draw will be held on 4 November 2011, 3:00PM
- Prizes at stake: One (1) brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1
- To claim prize, winner must present two (2) valid IDs (IDs with picture on it): Passport, Driver’s License, SSS or GSIS ID, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, NBI Clearance or Company ID).
- Prize can be claimed at Ensogo Philippines office located at 2nd/F W Office Building, 28th St., Cor. 11th Ave., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines 1634.
- Claiming period is thirty (30) days after receipt of notification. Prize unclaimed after this claiming period will be forfeited in favor of Ensogo Philippines.
- Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
- Prize is tax-free.
- Employees of Ensogo Philippines, including their relatives up to second degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promo. All winners' identities are subject to verification.
