MedChef Homemade Cakes, Pastries and Desserts

Hasset Go is a 25 year old Chef from Cagayan De Oro. Cooking became his life passion and mission. Hasset is largely self taught, but credits his mother, for his interest in foods and cooking. He takes great inspiration from his family. His career as a Chef started back in 2005. After graduating from a local Culinary SchooI, he immediately applied for a Pastry Chef position at Salt & Pepper.

With excellent culinary skills up his sleeve, Hasset started to build a professional career out of his passion. He started baking pastries for some private customers to make extra money. One of his loyal customers was Jayson Paul Carlos, a medical technologist who turned out to be a blessing when he became his business partner.

They made a lot of success working together though it was not easy. They invested a lot of physical effort, preparing, baking with limited kitchenware and delivering to their growing customers, which they had to do by bus and other public transportation.  Despite the difficulties, it didn’t stop the very meticulous and highly motivated team of a Chef and a business minded medical technologist to give birth to a new pastry house - MedChef.

MedChef is undoubtedly a very successful business in its current format, and still has further potential in the market. Here are some of the truly rewarding sweet treats made by Chef Hasset:

The unique star of the house, the Pastry Tower is literally a 10-layer tower of thick and delightful Chocolate Revel Bars, Food for the Gods, Caramel Bars, Walnut Fudge Bars, Cashew Butterscotch and gooey Almond Bars poured with delicious and tempting chocolate fudge, streaming from the top to the edges, down to form a small puddle of creamy chocolate on the plate.

Aside from the Pastry Tower, MedChef also offers a lot of various other cakes that can be bought in whole or by slice. Their cakes and pastries are just the right dessert after every meal. Many customers have also ordered cakes for several personal occassions and many have also chosen MedChef to grace their holiday celebrations. They're expecting to receive a lot of orders this Christmas so it is advisable to pre-order several days in advance.

What's good about MedChef creations is that they offer quality, good tasting products while keeping the price at a very affordable level - cheaper than the more popular bakeries and coffee shops. That is why it is very easy to fall in love with MedChef.

Throughout their chosen career, Hasset and Jayson’s extensive baking skills and hands on business experience have developed in a way that is distinctively their own. You simply can taste the love in everything that MedChef offers.

As proof of their success, Chef Hasset Go was also featured in Magandang Umaga Bayan, Unang Hirit , Go Negosyo and 700 Club Asia where their humble beginnings and hard work served as inspiration to many others.
