MANILA, Philippines - Operations of the Metro Rail Transit were halted Thursday morning after a woman allegedly tried to commit suicide by jumping on the train tracks at the MRT Shaw Boulevard station.
MRT general manager Al Vitangcol III told radio DZMM the unidentified woman still had her feet pinned under the track.
MRT operations have been suspended as of the time being. With a report by Jon Ibanez, radio DZMM
