PWD Job-Trade-Scholarship Fair at SM City Fairview

JUST 1 is the theme of the Persons with Disablity Day: Job-Trade-Scholarship Fair in SM City Fairview Activity Center last May 2,2014.

JUST 1 is the whole day event of advocacy and networking campaign of Project SELP ( Support Employment and Livelihood of Person with Disability) which was sponsored by: USAID with the objective of providing persons with disabilities access to sustainable employment and livelihood opportunities. JUST 1 wants to raise the awareness of the public and private sectors on the rights, potential, and needs of the people with disabilities and how the sectors can open up opportunities in employment and livelihood of people with disabilities.

JUST 1 is the initiative of Bigay Buhay Multipurpose Cooperative (BBMC), the first cooperative of persons with disabilities in the country, Diocese of Novaliches Pastoral Outreach for the Welfare and the Resources of Persons-with-Disabilities (NPOWRD) Hon. Alfred Vargas, District 5 QC, the chair of the Committee, SM City Fairview, SM Disability Program Affairs, SM Cares, PMAP, HRD Foundation and PCCI.

The registration started at 7:00am and its ended 4:20pm.
