Promo is open to all existing PLDT HOME subscribers in GMM who will get a FAM CAM. Subs should be active as of Feb 1, 2014, 12:00 PM, and will automatically qualify to the promo. Each active subscriber is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry.
Subscribers who are on temporary or permanent disconnection status during the raffle draw are disqualified.
The e-raffle will be conducted on Feb 10, 4pm at the PLDT Main Office, Ramon Cojuangco Building, Makati Avenue, Makati City with the presence of a DTI representative.
There will be 17 winners of SVIP tickets worth 8k each to the concert on Feb 13
Non-winning entries on the last draw will be included in the 2nd draw. In case a name is drawn more than once, he gets the price of the higher value.
Winners may only win once.
Winners will be informed through registered mail, call-out, text and email. Names of winners will also be posted in PLDT Home website.
Winners may claim their tickets at the venue of the concert.
Winners will be required to present (2) valid IDs, notification letter and sing acknowledgement receipt upon claiming their prize.
Employees of PLDT and its subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising and promotion agencies including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this raffle.
Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
