Job Description

1To offer trust products and services to cliemts based on their personal and financial as well as investment needs and objectives with due skill, care and diligence

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1Accept referrals from other parts of the Banks and SCB Group for various trust products and services
2Ensure to understan the features and risks of the various trust products and services ans its underlying investment outlets
3Explain and communicate trust products and services and its accredited investment outlets clearly, accurately and comprehensively to clients and authorized branch personnel
4Provide avenues for client forums, branch visits, and 3rd party fund house updates
5Conduct trainings to bank account officer on the features of Trust products and services
6Coordinate with Branches on trust investment outlet related queires and requirements
7Participate in marketing and promotional activites for customer acquisition and retentions
8Ensure that all marketing materials and documentary requirements are up to date and adhere to legal and compliance requirements
9Handle customer issues, complaints, product enquiries in a timely, problem-free and responsive manner
10Recomment improvements in operational processes, procedures and products based on monitoring of customer feedbak to ensure constant enhancement of service levels and efficiency
11Assist in the expansion of product range of trust investment outlets
12Manage and align products according to local regulations confirming to Group/Local trust, legal and compliance issues
13Ensure the implementation and compliance of the service level agreements pertaining to directional trust products and services
14Ensure that agreement with 3rd party fund managers are current and approved by Legal and Compliance
15Proactively monitor fund performance of 3rd party fund manager
16Ensure that necessary due diligence on account is done (i.e. callback and sutiability assessment review)
17Prepares and cascade investment outlet term sheet duly approved by Legal and Compliance
18Expand product knowledge through coordination with related experts of trust investment outlet and 3rd party fund managers
19Comply with the Groups standards and regulatory requirements pertaining to Money Laundering and KYC
20Participate/support Banks efforts in combating money-laundering activities

Qualifications & Skills

1At least five (5) years Trust Operations, or Sales or Marketing Experience any financial institution ideally with Fund House or Brokerage Securities
2Knowledge of banking procedures/routines, especially those related to Trust and Investment Services operations or in similar/related fields, and Trust Products.
3Sound knowledge of banking laws as this relates to trust, other fiduciary business and investment management activities
4Effective oral and written communication skills
5People-oriented
6Flexibilty and mobility
7Must have the ability to work efficiently in a high pressured environment
8Must possess an anlytical mind and can exercise mature judgement
