   • Promo is valid on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at Summer Palace (Edsa Shangri-La, Manila)
   • Promo is valid on weekdays (Monday to Friday) at Tea of Spring (Shangri-La's Mactan Resort and Spa's)
2. Promo is open to BDO Titanium and Platinum Mastercard, BDO Visa Platinum, BDO Diamond UnionPay, American Express Platinum, Cathay Pacific American Express Elite, Cathay Pacific American Express Standard Card and American Express International Dollar Card.
3. Offer is applicable to dine-in transactions during lunch and dinner meal periods.  Advance reservation is required.

4. To avail of the 50% offer, BDO Cardholder must charge a minimum single-receipt of P3,000 at participating restaurant to his/her BDO or American Express Credit Card.
5. The 50% discount will be applied before all taxes and service charges.
6. The promo is applicable to one card per table, per visit and a maximum of P7,500 discount value can be availed per single receipt transaction.  Strictly no splitting of transaction.
7. The offer is non transferable and not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
8. The promo cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjuction with other promotional offers, privileges and VIP/Membership cards of the partner restaurants.
9. The promo cannot be availed with other ongoing promotions and offers of BDO.
