Get FREE Bench Gift Certificates from BDO Credit Card

Promo Mechanics:

1. Free Bench Gift Certificate & Free USB Promo is open to all Bench MasterCard Credit Cardholders whose credit cards are active and in good credit standing within the promo period.
2. Promo period for the Free Bench Gift Certificate and Free USB Promo will be from September 15, 2013 – December 20, 2013.
3. Get FREE Bench/Partner Global Brand Gift Certificates* when you spend in any participating Bench/Partner Global Brand for at least P1,500, P2,000 or P3,000 single transaction. Plus get a free Bench MasterCard Freebie (4GB USB) Item when you spend at least P3,500 single receipt transaction.
   
   
   
4. Only one redemption per qualified charge slip is allowed.
5. Upon redemption, qualified Cardholder will need to present the following:
   1. Bench MasterCard Credit Card
   2. One (1) valid photo ID (Company ID, Driver's License, or any gov't issued ID). Photocopy not allowed.
   3. ORIGINAL charge slips will be stamped as claimed, by store cashiers upon redemption.
      •  Must be original, electronically or manually authorized
      •  Must be the Customer Copy (Duplicate/Merchant copy not allowed)
      •  Must be single receipt transaction at least P1,500, P2000, P3000 or P3500
      •  Must have transaction DATES within promo period
      •  Photocopied charge slips will not be honored.
      •  Card number printed on the charge slip must match the actual BDO Bench MasterCard.
      Authorized representatives are not allowed to redeem on behalf of the qualified Cardholder.
6. Cardholders without charge slips or with charge slips that are faded and unreadable will not be allowed to redeem. BDO shall not   be obliged to recognize or replace any unissued, misplaced, lost, faded, torn or stolen charge slips.
7. Free P100/P200/P300 Bench Gift Certificate and/or Free MasterCard USB is not convertible to cash, non-refundable, non-endorsable and not for sale.
8. Bench Gift Certificates & Free USB can be redeemed from September 15, 2013 until February 20, 2014. Gift Certificates redeemed will have a validity period of one year from date of redemption.
9. Purchases must come from one Bench MasterCard credit card account only.
10. The Cardholder will be charged the cost of the treats redeemed should the Cardholder cancel any of the qualifying purchase or transaction at a later date. BDO reserves the right to charge the cost of the redeemed treats to his BDO credit card or directly collect the cost of the treat from the Cardholder.
11. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., BDO's decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by BDO with the concurrence of DTI.
12. The promo cannot be availed with other ongoing promotions and offers of BDO or Bench/Partner Global Brands.
